General Terms and Conditions (GTC) / Terms of Use / Visitor Information for Participation in PLATIN PARTY Events:
These Terms and Conditions (GTC) are displayed at the entrance of every Platin Party event.
Instructions given by security personnel must be followed. Admission is subject to discretion. Platin Party reserves the right to deny entry to individuals even if they possess a valid ticket (e.g., for not adhering to the dress code, violating the code of conduct, or appearing heavily intoxicated).
Ticket prices will not be refunded.
No liability is assumed for property damage or personal injury.
Exchange or refund of tickets is excluded.
In the event of cancellation, the ticket price can only be refunded to the original purchaser of the online ticket via Platin-Party.com or Diginights.com.
Every online ticket purchase becomes binding immediately upon confirmation.
For contracts (online ticket purchases) related to leisure activities that are scheduled for a specific date or period, no right of withdrawal applies.
If an ongoing event is interrupted due to a natural disaster or force majeure, no refund of the ticket price will be granted.
Travel costs will not be reimbursed in the case of event cancellation or denial of entry.
Photo & Video:
1. At public events such as Platin Party, the personal right to one’s own image is limited. Attendees of a public Platin Party are aware and must expect to be photographed. Event photography is an essential part of the Platin Party event concept. Photos of individuals at public events may be published even if faces are clearly recognizable, as the images capture the overall setting rather than portraying individuals as private persons.
2. Photographers are clearly marked with a “Photo/Video Team” badge and are visible upon entering the event.
3. By purchasing a ticket and entering the event venue, every visitor (guest, DJ, dancer, live act, performer, service provider, advertising partner, host) consents – without compensation – to Platin Party having the right to take photo and video recordings (including photo booth images) of them. This includes usage that goes beyond merely documenting the event, and grants permission for reproduction, broadcast, or third-party broadcasting. Platin Party may also use this material in audiovisual media and on social media platforms. This consent is granted for an unlimited period of time and applies worldwide.
4. If you appear in a photo you would like to have removed, please send the direct URL link to the specific image via email to foto@platin-party.com or send a private message via our Facebook or Instagram page.
To process the request, we need proof that you are the person in the photo – please include a separate picture of yourself for comparison.
Requests without verification cannot be processed. Unfortunately, we often receive deletion requests for images of third parties.
We will review the request and delete the image within 24 to 48 hours.
Cloakroom:
If the cloakroom is organized and operated by the Platin Party team (and not by the venue host), the following terms and conditions apply: Guests are advised to hand over their coats or jackets to the Platin Party cloakroom staff for safekeeping during the event in exchange for a cloakroom token. A fee of €2 will be charged. By issuing the cloakroom token, the Platin Party team assumes liability only in cases of gross negligence or intentional breach of the duty of care by the cloakroom staff. Liability is limited to the current value of the item, up to a maximum of €100 per cloakroom token. Excluded from liability are cash and any other items left in the clothing, such as hats, scarves, sweaters, gloves, wallets, phones, glasses, etc.
Depositing such items is entirely at the guest’s own risk. Cloakroom items will be returned only upon presentation of the corresponding cloakroom token and without verification of ownership.
If the token is lost, items may only be returned if the guest can credibly prove ownership (e.g. through an ID card or driver’s license found in the item). The Platin Party team is not obliged to investigate the actual entitlement of the person retrieving an item when a valid token is presented. In case of loss or damage to items, the cloakroom staff must be informed immediately.
Photographers & Videographers:
Photographers and videographers grant Platin Party unrestricted usage rights to all images and footage they create, and transfer full ownership of the photos and videos to Platin Party.
The image creator agrees, without additional compensation, that Platin Party is entitled to use, reproduce, broadcast or have broadcast, and distribute the image material (photos & videos), including uses that go beyond the documentation of current events. This includes use in audiovisual media as well as on social media platforms.
This consent is granted for an unlimited period of time and applies worldwide. The image creator is not permitted to use or distribute the photos or videos (in original or reproduced form) created in collaboration with Platin Party for any other purpose or to pass them on to third parties. Any violation of this clause entitles Platin Party to demand a contractual penalty of €5,000 per violation. Platin Party is under no obligation to credit the image creator by name.
Dispute Resolution:

We are neither willing nor obligated to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
